Cancellation:
The Captain reserves the right to cancel any scheduled charter based upon weather conditions. Charters are cancelled for safety reasons.

At the time of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-schedule the charter to the mutual satisfaction of both the client and the Captain. If no reschedule date can be booked, a refund will be issued.

Client cancellation - Should the client initiate cancellation of a charter, for any reason, every effort will be made to re-schedule the charter. If no mutually agreeable date can be rescheduled, deposit is forfeited.

Refunds:
In the event a charter is cut short (inclement weather, illness, etc.) a refund in the amount of the difference will be issued.

Discounts:
A 10% discount can be earned when multiple charters (3 or more) are scheduled and paid for.

For example: On January 1, anglers schedule and pre-pay for charters on March 6 (4 hours), March 20 (4 hours) and May 22 (4 hours). Instead of paying the full $1050, the discounted total would be $945. All policies pertaining to deposits, cancellations and refunds apply.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
T. Allen Rods warrants your T. Allen Rod to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Should your T. Allen Rod fail due to material or workmanship, return prepaid and insured to:

Proof of purchase required.

Your T. Allen Rod will be repaired or replaced at the option of T. Allen Rods and returned to you prepaid. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or damage resulting from accident, normal wear, abuse, misuse, or lack maintenance.

If the Rod is broken and found not to be from a material or workmanship defect a replacement charge will apply.
