For those new to the Charter fishing experience and in an effort to prepare everyone for a successful day of fishing, we’ve prepared a typical schedule of events. While this schedule is not set in stone, and every charter takes on a personality of its own, this is what can generally be expected during a four-hour charter.

Safe Light or Best Tide Meet at the boat ramp.
Load angler(s) and personal gear.
Safety briefing and overview of today’s conditions.
4 Hour Trip FISHING! Depending upon conditions and level of fish activity, we will move from location to location.
Return to Ramp Unload angler(s) and personal gear.
Pack fish in ice for transporting.

Regardless of the length of charter you book, we will make every effort to maximize your time on the water.

Keeping the process simple allows for a greater enjoyment for everyone involved. This is one reason we provide all necessary tackle and fishing gear. It is our hope that our anglers will embrace this spirit of simplicity and return to T. Allen Rods & Charters again and again for an exciting day of fishing.

It is recommended that castoff time be selected by the Captain. He will take in to consideration a variety of factors for that day’s charter: weather, tides, time of the year, etc. to choose a start time that maximizes your fishing experience.

Alternatively, cast off time can be selected by the client to accommodate their schedule.

Included in every charter are the following:
• A cooler filled with ice
• A Florida fishing license for each angler
• All fishing gear and tackle (rods, reels, hooks, line, lures, etc.)
• All required and necessary safety gear
